These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trippy mobile application ("App") operated by Auralenor Unipessoal Lda ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Trippy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
To use Trippy, you must create an account using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
Free Plan: Trippy offers a free tier with limited features. Free users can join trips created by others.
Trip Pass: A one-time purchase that unlocks AI features and enhanced functionality for trip creation.
Pro Annual: An annual subscription providing unlimited access to all features including premium AI capabilities.
All payments are processed through Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you create within Trippy (trip details, messages, polls, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
Trippy provides expense tracking and settlement calculation tools as a convenience. These calculations are informational only. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-entered expense data, nor for disputes between trip members regarding financial settlements. Trippy does not process or transfer money between users.
AI-powered features ("Sparks") provide suggestions based on trip parameters. These suggestions are generated by third-party AI services and are provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
The Trippy name, logo, design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Auralenor Unipessoal Lda. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auralenor Unipessoal Lda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, though provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive.
